We didn’t expect to sell out these classes so early – Functional Fitness, Stretch & Strength, Bootie Camp Yoga and TRX are all full.
Priority will be given to those on a list. If you’re a member you need to tell us ahead of time now for space in a class. After the list is confirmed for the day then we will let in drop-ins.

All classes require a ParQ+ completed along with waiver. Visit http://taramacdonaldfitclub.com/group-fitness for the forms. We will have them at the Reception Desk for you to fill out. These must be done before you can go into the class as per our insurance company.
