Our low pricing is based on two times a week, an hour each, with our trainers and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the free access to group fitness classes you get with each package.
We don't like to change personal trainers with clients but sometimes things change with our staff and we have the right to substitute. Tara MacDonald has worked with all of her personal trainers on staff and vets them all. In order to keep our continued service to you we may have to change trainers at times.
With proper nutrition and regular exercise you may see results in three months.
Tara MacDonald will call you to discuss and see what's going on with your situation to see if we can address issues that have popped up. Please see our refund and vacation policy. Plus, we also have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you get our voicemail at 902 407 7502 you can leave a message with the date and time so that we early cancel for you. Late cancels mean you miss that session.
24 hour cancellation policy - we need notice at 902 407 7502 for the appointment to be saved at least 24 hours ahead of time.
Vacations longer than two weeks need to be stated at the time of purchase and sick days need to be accounted for within reason as per Tara MacDonald Fit Club.
Anyone who misses more than 5 personal training sessions at a time will need to talk to the owner as they are only eligible for a 50% refund at that point
