Tara MacDonald Fit Club, Inc. provides health services for the individual who has made a choice to have better health. We are a personal training studio offering group fitness classes, coaching and nutrition support. We are be located at 133 Baker Drive at a Health & Wellness Centre next door to MacDonald & Woods Rehab Clinic, Soles in Motion and a Sports Medicine Clinic.
We know how hard it is to make the decision for change but that’s what we do. We are change agents in your support network for wellness, fitness and movement.
